Retreats, Offsites, and Cohort-Based Leadership Programs
We collaborate with organizations to design reflective spaces that foster restoration, creativity, and renewed dedication to their work. Often engaged to create psychologically safe environments—through retreats, cohort-based programs, and more—we specialize in supporting underrepresented leaders, leaders of color, caregivers, and women of color and non-binary femmes. We’re proud to consistently achieve an average NPS score of 98/100 for our leadership programs and team retreats, and we frequently partner with other incredible collaborators to create a dynamic experience.
