Our Values

Community

Community is at the heart of everything I do, both personally and professionally. I believe in the profound ability of community to heal, nourish, and sustain us.

Equity

Recognizing that our systems are inherently inequitable, often favoring dominant identities, I’m committed to redistributing resources and power as part of my lifelong dedication to equity.

Joy

Since losing my mother to cancer six years ago, I’ve learned to cherish life’s small, whimsical moments. This lesson inspires me to invite joy and lightness into how I coach leaders and create spaces.

Growth

A constant pursuit of growth and learning is important to me. I bring this curiosity for deeper inquiry into my work as a coach and facilitator, fostering a culture of learning with my clients.

Outcomes-Oriented

I am committed to partnering with clients to deliver strong outcomes and results that transform their work and lives.

Creativity

As a creative at heart, I love partnering with clients who are open to exploring new ideas and embracing creative exercises during our work together.

Some Of Our Inspirations

Tracy Session: My former manager, mentor, and an exceptional strategic leader, profoundly shaped my career with the most affirming advice I’ve ever received:
“Rupa, bringing people together is your gift.”

Brittany Packnett Cunningham: A visionary leader in equity, justice, and activism. She’s an absolute shero.
“Train yourself toward solidarity, not charity. You’re no one’s savior—you’re a mutual partner in the pursuit of freedom.”

Andrea Gibson: A poet whose stunning work explores grief, loss, and rebirth.

“A doctor once told me I feel too much. I said, so does God. That’s why you can see the Grand Canyon from the moon.”

Jess Sims: My favorite Peloton instructor, a multi-hyphenate, and fellow Teach For America alumna.

“You’re allowed to be a work in progress and a masterpiece at the same damn time.”

Erica Jordan Thomas: Purpose-driven CEO and a total boss, known for her impeccable style in the education consulting world.

“Disruption is realizing how small you’ve been playing and how much you’ve been settling for less.”

Luvvie Ajai Jones: Writer, podcaster, and creator of powerful, original words. I absolutely loved the latest podcast season.
“When we want to say something and our voice shakes, we should take that as fuel, because that’s when it’s most necessary. Let your voice tremble, but say it anyway.”

LET’S WORK TOGETHER!
